What type of shipping do you offer?
R110 Courier Door to Door, under 2kg volumetric weight (48 – 72 hours delivery, FROM DATE OF SHIPPING, depending on the outlying area/s)
This shipping method is available country wide. Shipping to outlaying towns/city's may take longer than 48 hours.
R295 Overnight Courier, under 2kg volumetric weight (24 hours delivery, FROM DATE OF SHIPPING, excluding outlying area/s)
This shipping method is only available to main areas. Excludes shipping to outlaying towns/city's.
Courier is FREE for orders above R1000, delivered to your delivery adress (48-72 hours delivery, FROM DATE OF SHIPPING, depending on the outlying area/s)
Collection at Durbanville Warehouse is FREE
Wheelsets, Trainers, Framesets and Bicycles can only be send with the R295 courier option or can be collected. Normal shipping rates do not apply to these items. This shipping method must be selected when ordering wheelsets/trainers/framesets for courier delivery. Rate is calculated per item.
Please Note: All orders will be processed as soon as possible, provided we have the item/s in stock and on hand. Some items might show in stock on the website, but we might not have it readily available.

How long does shipping/delivery take?
Depends on the type of shipping you select and the delivery address, as outlying areas will take longer to deliver. Normally Courier Door to Door takes between 48 - 72 hours to deliver, FROM DATE OF SHIPPING, depending on the outlying area.
IMPORTANT detail for the Courier Deliveries
Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery (shipping) address, preferably your physical address at work.
Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for your parcel (for all courier deliveries).
We use third party couriers and therefore cannot be held responsible for late deliveries or non-deliveries due to persons not available at delivery address or due to circumstances out of our control. In such cases, non-deliveries will go back to the Courier Distribution Center and re-scheduled for delivery on another day.
The Courier will under NO circumstances be able to contact you to confirm availability or delivery time. They follow a specific delivery route and non-availability will lead to a non-delivery and re-scheduling for delivery on another day. If after this, the delivery is still unsuccesful, it will be returned to Evobikes and the client will have to pay for a re-delivery.
What type of payment options are available to me?
We do make use of Payfast which is a secure online payment system but you can also do an EFT transfer if you prefer. Please note the following regarding EFT payments:

Kindly deposit the full amount into the following account within 48 hours. Use the order number as your payment reference.

Email proof of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours. Failure to adhere to this, will unfortunately result in a cancellation of your order.
Can I collect?
You are more that welcome to visit us and collect your item/s from our Warehouse at Unit 7, Thaba Park, Hooggelegen Road, Durbanville, Cape Town. A map & GPS co-ordinates are available on our Contact Us Page.
What do I do if I have received a damaged, defective or wrong item?
Please contact us at email@example.com with your contact details & the Order Number or a copy of your Invoice and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.
What is your Return Policy?
The item/s need to be returned to Evobikes within 7 days after it was delivered to you. Return it with a copy of your Invoice, the reason for the return, in the original product packaging, unused/not fitted and it must be in a re-saleable condition.
We would recommend that you return your items via Courier. You will be responsible for the cost of returns. We will examine the returned goods and notify you within a reasonable period of time.
If the item is returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc), Evobikes will arrange and pay for the collection of the item from you with our Couriers.

Please note that all customer requests to be refunded will have a 10% handling fee deducted for wasted costs (Banking Cost/Settlement Cost/Refund Cost/Shipping Cost).
What are your Operating Hours?
Our Operating hours are from 08h00 until 17h30 during weekdays and from 10h00 until 13h00 on Saturdays. Please note we are closed on Public Holidays.
