The Fox Float DPS Factory rear shock with short standard air chamber (SV) and highly progressive spring characteristic is perfect for cross country and marathon use. This versions have a remote control port for changing between open and firm mode (available separately). You can choose a preinstalled air volume spacer version that ensures a highly progressive spring characteristic. For more air volume, the spacer can be removed easily. The highest performing inline shock gets refined and the lighter, one-piece EVOL air sleeve improves responsiveness and sensitivity. The updated valve design improves both rebound and compression flow.

With DPS - 3-position adjustment, suitable for every terrain and high-quality golden Kashima coating for long durability and less friction with a very smooth response.

The FLOAT air spring system is light and reduces the force to initiate travel, providing excellent sensitivity and small bump compliance for all riders and pressure settings. It features positive and negative air springs that automatically equalize during use to give each rider the right pressure balance.

FLOAT rear shocks with Fox Dual Piston System (DPS) with double pistons offer three settings (open, medium and firm) that allows the rider to adjust the damping behavior for almost any terrain. The valve design allows the rear shocks to be dumped without affecting response, control and efficiency. The factory series rear shocks have an additional Lowspeed compression adjustment in Open mode with 3 clicks.

A more linear spring curve gives EVOL forks and shocks plushness off the top, extra mid-stroke support, and more tunable bottom-out progression, allowing riders to tap into the ideal pairing of front and rear-end feel. The EVOL technology from rear shocks is now integrated into all FOX forks. EVOL increases negative air spring volume, specifically positioned and sized for optimum small bump sensitivity.
